Refund policy

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. NO RETURNS ON SEASONAL PROM DRESSES  Returns take 5 to 7 business days to be processed after your item(s) are delivered to us.  We are not liable for any returns packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.  

For hygiene reasons, all sales on fajas and undergarments are final

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bodysuits, undergarments, beauty for hygiene reasons, all sales on fajas and undergarments are final,  products, accessories are considered final sale non-refundable and can not be returned for store credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges but we give customers the opportunity to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our return policy.   

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Top Tier Attire And Accessories™ present refunds to the original form of payment  in the event that your order is canceled by Top Tier Attire And Accessories™, if an item is sold out following being processed, items have proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

NO REFUNDS ON SEASONAL PROM DRESSES

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@toptierattireaccessories.com.

All Sales Final – No Refunds
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and delivered to your local carrier.

Store Credit Policy
Items not eligible for refunds may qualify for store credit only. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase on our website.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 13 to 15 business days, after which your local carrier assumes responsibility for final delivery. In some cases, additional delays may occur if local goods exceed the carrier’s processing capacity. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tariff Deduction Clarification

All tariffs are included in the final price there are no hidden fees and no extra charges at delivery. The amount you see at checkout is the total you pay. Enjoy a hassle-free experience with no surprise customs or import duties!
