Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 to 3 days to process your order. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas orders can take up to 5 days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!
Shipping Times:
Orders are generally shipped within 7 to 15 days. We are currently shipping international at this time.
Please note that all sales are final we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and delivered to your local carrier.
Our standard delivery timeframe is 13 to 15 business days, after which your local carrier assumes responsibility for final delivery. In some cases, additional delays may occur if local goods exceed the carrier’s processing capacity.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns take 5 to 7 business days to be processed after your item(s) are delivered to us. We are not liable for any returns packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Top Tier Attire And Accessories™ present refunds to the original form of payment used in the event that your order is canceled by Top Tier Attire And Accessories™, if an item is sold out following being processed, items have proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@toptierattireaccessories.com.
We do not offer exchanges but we give customers the opportunity to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our return policy. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@toptierattireaccessories.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Notice on Recent Tariff Charges
Due to newly implemented tariffs on certain imported goods, some purchases may now include additional charges. These changes are the result of updated trade policies and may affect product pricing.
Tariff Deduction Clarification
All tariffs are included in the final price there are no hidden fees and no extra charges at delivery. The amount you see at checkout is the total you pay. Enjoy a hassle-free experience with no surprise customs or import duties!
Delayed shipping times are in affect due to new tariffs all shipments, regardless of value. Increased to approximately 14–30 days, with some shipments experiencing even longer delays. Orders are generally shipped within 7 to 15 days.
Shipping Deliveries to Austria, the UK, or Belarus, expect higher costs for some packages (except for certain weights to Belarus).
